INDIVIDUAL ENGAGEMENT

The First Hour

Some situations do not require a full program. They require someone who knows exactly what they are looking at, available at the moments that actually matter. Not every high-conflict situation requires a full program. Some clients are past the acute phase but the dynamic has not resolved. The ex is still there, the children are still involved, and the moments that require clinical precision still arise. The First Hour is built for exactly that reality.

WHAT THIS IS

Not every high-conflict situation lives inside active litigation. Some clients are past the divorce itself but the ex is still there, still difficult, and the situations that require the right response still arise. A custody exchange that goes sideways. A legal threat designed to destabilize. A communication that needs to be reviewed before it is sent.

The First Hour is built for clients who do not need a structured program but do need someone who knows exactly what they are looking at, available when the situation calls for it. Sessions are purchased in advance and drawn from as needed. No fixed schedule, no weekly obligation. Sixty minutes of the same clinical depth and strategic precision Natalie brings to every engagement.

This is also how many clients maintain stability after completing a longer engagement. The formal work is done. The dynamic is not always finished.

WHEN PEOPLE USE THIS

Laptop on wooden table displaying an email draft for a legal consultation regarding divorce proceedings.

The moments where the right perspective changes everything.

Before sending something you cannot unsend

An email to your attorney, a response to your ex, a message about the children. Natalie reads it before you send it and tells you what it will cost you if you do.

When something unexpected happens

A new filing. A change in the custody arrangement. A threat you did not see coming. The session exists to help you understand what it actually means and what to do next.

When the pressure builds between appointments

You are already in a longer engagement but something has escalated and the next scheduled session is too far away. The First Hour bridges that gap.

After the primary engagement ends

The legal process may be over. The dynamic rarely is. Former clients use The First Hour as ongoing support for the moments that still arise.

"The high-conflict dynamic does not end because the legal process does. Having the right person available for the moments that still arise is not a luxury. It is a practical necessity."
