WHAT IS AVAILABLE
Some of the most consequential work in high-conflict family dynamics happens not in individual sessions but inside the institutions that process, adjudicate, and attempt to manage these cases at scale. Courts, family law organizations, nonprofits serving high-conflict families, and professional associations all encounter the same dynamics and often lack the clinical framework to address them systematically.
Natalie develops and delivers custom training and consultation programs for these organizations. Each engagement is designed from the ground up based on the specific audience, the institutional context, and the outcomes the organization is working toward.
COURTS & JUDICIAL
Court System Training
Training for court staff, judicial officers, and family court administrators on high-conflict dynamics, personality disorder presentations, and the behavioral patterns that make certain cases resistant to standard resolution.
FAMILY LAW ORGANIZATIONS
Association and Bar Training
CLE-eligible training programs for bar associations, family law sections, and professional organizations whose members regularly encounter high-conflict cases.
NONPROFIT & SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS
Agency Consultation
Consultation and training for organizations serving high-conflict families, including domestic violence agencies, child welfare organizations, and family services providers.
MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTIONS
Clinical Staff Training
Applied training for clinical teams in community mental health, hospital systems, and group practices whose caseloads include high-conflict family dynamics.
HOW INSTITUTIONAL ENGAGEMENTS WORK
Every engagement is built from the ground up for the specific organization.
01
INITIAL CONSULTATION
A conversation to understand the organization, the audience, the institutional context, and the specific outcomes the training or consultation is designed to produce.
02
SCOPE & PROPOSAL
A written proposal outlining the recommended format, content, delivery approach, and investment. All proposals are custom. There are no off-the-shelf institutional programs.
03
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
The program is developed with the organization's specific context in mind. Case examples, terminology, and frameworks are adapted to the institutional environment.
04
DELIVERY & FOLLOW-ON
Delivery in the agreed format, on-site or virtual. Follow-on consultation and support available as needed after the primary engagement concludes.
"The institutions that handle high-conflict family cases most effectively are the ones that understand what they are dealing with at a clinical level, not just a procedural one."
A NOTE ON PLACEMENT
Natalie is available for initial case consultations to determine whether expert involvement is appropriate and what the specific deliverables should be. These consultations are billed at the standard hourly rate. Engagement letters and retainer agreements are required before any substantive work begins.
BEGIN THE CONVERSATION
Every institutional engagement
starts with understanding the institution.
Initial consultations are available to discuss your organization's specific context, audience, and goals. All proposals are custom and provided following the initial conversation.
