FOR LEGAL PROFESSIONALS · EXPERT WITNESS & COURT DOCUMENTATION
The clinical perspective that changes what a judge understands about a case.
Family court proceedings involving high-conflict dynamics and personality-disordered parties require a specific kind of expertise. Not just clinical training. Not just legal familiarity. The ability to take what has happened in a case, translate it through a clinical and behavioral lens, and present it in a way that a court can use.
Natalie has done this work for twenty-six years. She has served as a court-appointed CFI, testified as an expert witness, and produced written assessments that have informed judicial decisions in contested family proceedings. She knows what judges need to hear, how the documentation needs to be structured, and what level of clinical authority is required to make it hold.
This offering is available to attorneys, GALs, and individuals on a private pay basis only. It does not fall under Colorado's court-ordered fee cap. Scope and deliverables are determined at intake based on the specific needs of the case.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Expert testimony is only as strong as the expert presenting it. Natalie's combination of clinical licensure, forensic certification, and direct court experience means her testimony is not easily dismissed and her written analysis is structured to withstand scrutiny.
A NOTE ON PLACEMENT
